Dearly loved mother of Kerry and the late Colin, loving nanny of Ellie, Joel and Robbie, and a dear sister of Brian and the late Tony.
Service at Roucan Loch Crematorium on Friday 21st February at 2.00pm. All friends are respectfully invited to attend.
No flowers please, donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation can be given at the service in memory of Hazel.
